ABOUT COLT BRENNAN
Quarterback who set a NCAA Division I record with 58 touchdown passes in a single season; he signed with the NFL's Washington Redskins in 2008. He finished with them the next year, after an injury. He played on four other teams throughout his career, though they were either offseason or as a member of the practice squad.
He attended Mater Dei High School in California.
He signed with the Arena Football League Los Angeles Kiss in 2014. He died at the age of 37 and it was later discovered that he had Stage 1 CTE.
He was born in Laguna Beach, California.
Running back Clinton Portis was his teammate on the Redskins.
