Nephew of NBA superstar Dwyane Wade , who officially became his legal guardian in 2016.
He spent a lot of time with his uncle growing up. Dwyane gained custody of Daheveon when Daheveon was 12 years old.
His real father wasn't listed on his birth certificate and remains unknown.
His mother is Deanna Morris, who is Dwayne's sister. She still retained parental rights.
Dwyane Wade's wife Gabrielle Union helps raise Dahveon.
