German director, producer, and film editor who has created hundreds of music videos. He has collaborated on a variety of German hip-hop albums. He has also directed a handful of short films that are not based on music.
Before beginning his directing career, he pursued a musical career as a rapper.
In 2007, he co-founded StreetCinema production company, which he co-owned until its closure in 2018. He documents his work process with behind-the-scenes content that he posts to his danielzlotin Instagram account.
He dated German singer Tanja Gisela Hewer, whose stage name is Michelle.
He has directed videos for artists including Farid Bang , Mero and Namika .
