American race car driver who spent the majority of his career in the ARCA racing circuit.
He made his ARCA Racing Series debut in 1972.
A tornado destroyed his race shop in Henryville, Indiana on March 2, 2012.
His son Jason competed in 56 ARCA Racing Series events between 2003 and 2010.
He and Richard Childress both competed in the 1979 Sun-Drop Music City USA 420 at Nashville.
