Fitness enthusiast and motivator who became an Insanity Live Master Trainer for Beachbody. He previously joined their Fit & Funky group in 2009.

He originally embarked on a music career in 2002 and became known as DJ Holla, spinning at various nightclubs.

He became the Director of Technology & Brand Development at Shaun T Inc.

He married fitness instructor and CEO of Fit & Funky Danielle Natoni in 2015.

He began his fitness journey after seeing an infomercial for Insanity, created by Shaun T .
