Chef who is best known for his appearance on the reality TV series Iron Chef America. He participated as a contestant during the show's second season.

In 2010, he competed on the second season of the reality TV series Top Chef Masters. He competed again during its 5th season, and was eliminated on episode 9. He has gone on to own and operate various eponymous restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, New Jersey, and Chicago.
