ABOUT DAVOOD ALI ASGARI
Rapper who is better known by his stage name of Locksmith. He is half of the former underground duo The Frontline, which pioneered the "New Bay" resurgence movement in the Bay Area in the 2000s. He has released songs like, "Knock'em Down" and "Ramp Up."
He went to De Anza High School in Richmond, California. He graduated with a degree in African American studies from UC Berkeley.
In March of 2015, he performed at the South by Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas. In March of 2017, he released his third album, which is titled "Olive Branch."
He was born in the United States.
In the year 2012, he toured with retired rapper Joe Budden .
