ABOUT DE'VON ACHANE

Professional football star best known for playing as a running back for the NFL's Miami Dolphins . He was chosen with the 84th pick in the 2023 NFL draft's third round after demonstrating the fastest 40-yard dash out of all running backs in the entire draft.

He was named the 2020 Texas Gatorade Boys Track & Field Athlete of the Year before graduating from Thurgood Marshall High School, where he played football and ran track. He later played for Texas A&M University , during which time he was declared the MVP of the 2021 Orange Bowl.

While playing with the Miami Dolphins, he earned viral recognition in September 2023 for his performance in a 70-20 defeat of the Denver Broncos , which included his run for a 67-yard touchdown. His performance in the game led him to be named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 3.

He has shared several photos of his son on his devonachane Instagram account.

He has played on the NFL's Miami Dolphins along with teammates including quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and offensive lineman Larry Borom .
