Professional basketball player best known to NBA fans for his days with teams like the Denver Nuggets and San Antonio Spurs. He was previously named Conference USA Freshman of the Year while attending the University of Cincinnati.

He was a consensus McDonald's All-American at Maine Central Institute and was named Parade's National High School Player of the Year in 1999.

He crashed his Mercedes-Benz S600 into a tree in 2002, nearly paralyzing him and sidelining him for the 2002-03 NBA season.

He is the godbrother of Michael Beasley , who was the second overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft.
