ABOUT DJ WYSEI
Nigerian DJ famous for her energetic performances that incorporate live drumming, as well as her original songs and remixes. She won the Nigeria Gbedu Award for Best Female DJ in Nigeria two years into her career. Her track, "Big Brother Naija mix" has received over 30,000 streams on Spotify.
She earned a degree in information communication technology from the National Open University. She later began pursuing her master's degree.
CNN's Inside Africa named her as one of the top 5 female DJs in her region. She was selected to perform for the Sound City Africa Virtual Concert that took place during the Covid-19 pandemic. She appeared on the reality show Big Brother Naija.
Her sister purchased her first set of turntables to help get her career started.
