Striker who scored 42 goals for Everton from 1994 to 1998 and spent the last six years of his career with Everton before retiring in 2006.
He played youth soccer with Carse Thistle from 1989 to 1990.
He played for Scotland's national team from 1992 to 1997.
He had three children with his wife Janine Ferguson.
With Everton, he played under manager David Moyes .
