ABOUT DWAYNE RUSSELL

Sportscaster and former Australian Rules football player who was a member of teams including Port Adelaide and Geelong. He also worked as a coach. He was a football commentator for Australian networks including Fox Sports and Channel Nine.

He started playing professional football as a 16 -year-old boy.

He also worked as a basketball and tennis commentator at Fox Sports. As a teenager, he wanted to be a journalist and unsuccessfully applied for a traineeship. He stands 6'2" and weighs just under 200 pounds.

He met his wife Lisa when he was just 16 years old. He has two children named Joss and Summer.

He worked alongside Billy Brownless as a sports commentator on Radio 95.5 K-Rock in Australia.
