ABOUT ED WARREN
American author and paranormal investigator who along with his wife Lorraine was among one of the first investigators in the popular Amityville haunting. His stories have been adapted into popular films such as Amityville Horror, The Conjuring and Annabelle .
He served in the US Navy during World War II and worked as a police officer.
He founded the New England Society for Psychic Research in 1952.
He grew up with his family in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He and Lorraine had a daughter named Judy.
He was featured in James Wan 's The Conjuring in 2013.
