Operatic soprano whose career spanned more than six decades and who released the crossover album, I've Got a Right to Sing the Blues. Her career spanned six decades.

She learned to sing from her parents, both of whom were musically inclined.

She was a soloist with the New York Philharmonic in the 1960s.

She married Robert Reagan in 1946 and they had two children together.

She sang with Frank Sinatra for a radio special early in her career, as well as collaborating with him later on in the song "For the Good Times."
