English centre and fullback rugby union player for Loughborough Lightning and England. She played a significant role in the England women's team winning two consecutive Grand Slams in the 2019 and 2020 Women's Six Nations Championships and was awarded the Rugby Union Player of the Year (Women's) in 2019. She has over 40,000 followers on her scaz13 Instagram account

She first played for England in 2008, where she had 12 tries in 12 games. She later helped England win the 2009 Women's Six Nations Championship.

She grew up playing hockey and basketball as well as rugby. She was offered a U.S. basketball scholarship at age 16 but turned it down to focus on rugby.

She was born and raised in Leicester, England. Her family has appeared in several of her Instagram posts.
