She attended Eastchester High School and graduated from Boston College in 1998. Her first TV appearance was as a contestant on season 1 of The Apprentice .

She started a TikTok account where she posts cooking videos and has gained over 1 million followers. Her first TikTok was a post from March 2020 where she showed how to make homemade gnocchi and pesto, gaining over 6 million views and more than 1 million likes.

She married her husband Randy Burkholder in July 2006, with whom she has two children.

She's interviewed many celebrities, including Edward Norton , Avril Lavigne and Greg Kinnear .
