ABOUT ERIC DICKERSON

Pro Football Hall of Fame running back who ran for 2,105 yards during the 1984 season, breaking OJ Simpson's single season record. He was a 4-time NFL rushing champion and 6-time Pro Bowl selection with the Los Angeles Rams and Indianapolis Colts.

He attended Southern Methodist University but got caught up in a mess when people questioned how he paid for the car that he was driving.

He retired with 13,259 career rushing yards and 90 touchdowns.

He started a youth sports foundation with his wife, Penny Sutton.

He and Edgerrin James are two of the all-time leading rushers in Indianapolis Colts history.
