American horror director and producer who helmed the film Madison County in 2011 and Contracted in 2013. In 2018, he directed the drama-thriller Josie, following her movie Get The Girl.

One of his first directing jobs was on the film Hostile Encounter in 2010.

He also writes most of his directorial efforts. He has frequently and consistently written the movies he has directed.

He grew up with family in Russellville, Arkansas.

Eli Roth is another American horror writer and director.
