She posts tomboy outfit ideas and lifestyle content that lesbian and queer individuals can relate to. She has 90,000 followers on her ericahilll Instagram account and 100,000 followers on her ericahilll TikTok account. In addition to her personal content, she has a couples YouTube channel with her girlfriend and has collaborated with the WNBA team the Toronto Tempo.

Before appearing in Season 6 of Big Brother Canada, she worked as a server. In her entry interview, she stated that she planned on laying low until midway through the season. However, she was evicted in 10th place. Despite her strategy of laying low, she won the Head of Household competition multiple times, as well as multiple other competitions, becoming the player to win the most competitions of any pre-juror in Big Brother Canada history.

One of her most popular TikTok videos, with over 3.8 million views, is a tutorial to easily curve your hat brim. She does not stick to a regular posting schedule on her TikTok, X, or YouTube, but she does post frequently on Instagram. On this platform, she shares plenty of travel, relationship, and fashion content.

Since 2017, she has been dating her girlfriend Cheyenne. The couple has an English Goldendoodle dog named West. They currently live in Toronto, Canada.
