Liberian politician who was the Minister of Foreign Affairs under dictator Samuel Doe .

He went to the United States and graduated from Oberlin College and Columbia University.

He was a Methodist and served as one of the trustees of the First United Methodist Church of Monrovia.

He was married three times, eventually settling with Salma Mohammed Ali.

He and Ellen Johnson were both politicians from Liberia.
