She graduated from Farragut High School.
In the year 2019, she was named as a Junior Olympic National Alternate. She is a level 10 gymnast from Premier Athletics North Gymnastics. Outside of gymnastics, she has also been a cheerleader.
Her parents are Tony Williams and Eileen Williams.
Both she and Simone Biles have been gymnasts.
