ABOUT FABIAN MCCARTHY
Former defender that played professionally in various different South African football leagues from 1997 to 2011. During his playing career, he also made appearances as a member of the South African men's national team.
He began his soccer career playing for the Anderlecht Football Club's youth squad.
He was selected to represent the South African national team during the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
He grew up living with his family in Vryburg, South Africa
He competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics just like Ray Allen .
