American-born DJ, most recognized by his stage name, Felix da Housecat.
He got his start in the industry in high school, when he landed a chance meeting with acid house prodigy DJ Pierre. Under his supervision, he released "Phantasy Girl," his first single, in 1987.
His music has appeared in several films and movies, including Robert Downey, Jr 's 2005 film Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois.
His stage name was inspired by Felix the Cat, which was once voiced by actor Greg Eagles .
