Canadian professional bodybuilder under the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness who is known for his Animal Training Series. He has appeared in numerous publications, including Muscle and Fitness, Flex, and Men's Health. His various projects and appearances made him one of the most well-known bodybuilders of the 2000s and 2010s.

He got into weight training as a teenager after becoming fascinated with Arnold Schwarzenegger . He competed in his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 18, and won.

He placed 16th in the 2011 Mr. Olympia contest. He posts pictures of his physique on his frank_mcgrath78 Instagram account, where he has earned more than 550,000 followers.
