ABOUT FRANK HORTON
American politician who served as a United States Representative from New York State from 1963 to 1993. He notably introduced the Whistleblower Protection Act, which protects government employees who report agency misconduct, in 1987.
He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served until the end of World War II.
He was known as a moderate and a Rockefeller Republican.
He married Nancy Flood Horton.
He and Marilyn Adams both studied at Cornell University.
