Placekicker who was selected to the 1970 Pro Bowl and played in the NFL from 1963-1977 for the Minnesota Vikings.

He played college football at the University of Pittsburgh.

He was drafted in the eighth round in 1961 by the Cleveland Browns.

He had four children: Susan, Darryl, Kim and Fred.

Safety Paul Krause was his teammate on the Vikings.
