Indian director and actress who became a celebrity thanks to her appearances in the films Akale, En Bommukutty Ammavukku and Life Is Beautiful. She went on to direct 2014's Liar's Dice and 2019's Moothon.
As a child, she starred in the 1986 feature Onnu Muthal Poojaym Vare.
She won a 2010 Mumbai International Film Festival Jury Award for Kelkkunnundo.
She married photographer Rajeev Ravi in 2009 and has a daughter named Aradhana. Her brother's name is Arjun.
She has acted in movies with both Sathyaraj and Prithviraj Sukumaran .
