American politician who served as a Representative of Florida in the House of Representatives.

He earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida and studied law at the Cumberland School of Law.

After his political career, he became the Tax Collector for Marion County, Florida.

He settled in Florida with his two children.

He and Max Sandlin both served in the House of Representatives.
