ABOUT GEORGIA AMOORE

Collegiate point guard and athlete who first enrolled at Virginia Tech University as a freshman in the year 2020. During her junior season at Virginia Tech, she was named MVP of the ACC Tournament and a member of the first team All-ACC.

Prior to her basketball career, she played Australian rules football. She is a graduate of the Loreto College secondary school.

As a junior, she recorded the first-ever triple-double in Virginia Tech women's basketball history. She finished the game with 24 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds during a win against the University of Nebraska-Lincoln . In the year 2024, she was named a third team All-American.

Growing up, she lived with her family in Ballarat, Australia. She is one of three siblings.

She primarily plays the position of point guard just like Stephen Curry .
