ABOUT GLORIA ORDAZ
Television personality, journalist, reporter, and news writer who is best known for being the co-anchor of the Noticias 23 Univision News in Miami, FL. She has also presented for special events and collaborations with Univision's national newscast as well as the news magazine show Aqui y Ahora.
After relocating from her home country in Cuba to the United States in 1998, she earned her bachelor's degree in mass communications and journalism with a minor in international relations from Florida International University .
She has won several Emmy Awards including one in the "Social Concerns" category in the year 2009, as well as two in the year 2010 for her coverage of tourism in Guatemala and the effects of the drug known as "Special K."
She is originally from Cuba. She relocated to the United States in 1998. She and her husband are the parents of two sons named Sebastián and Diego.
In May 2025, she shared a post about the newly elected Pope Leo XIV on her gloritaordaz Instagram account.
