ABOUT GONZO JIMENEZ
Pastry chef, chocolatier, and reality star known for appearing on the Netflix series Bake Squad . He has worked for large hotels including St. Julien in Boulder and The Hyatt Corporation in New Orleans and New York. He launched a personal line of chocolates. He has amassed over 170,000 followers as a result of his chef fame.
At 17, he started working in restaurants and fell in love with the culinary world. He enrolled in pastry and culinary school in Buenos Aires.
He co-owned a pastry and chocolate shop in Denver, Colorado called Miette et Chocolat. His creations have been published in European and North American pastry magazines such as Dulcypas from Barcelona, Dessert Professional, and the New York Times.
In February 2014, he married Wilma Marie.
He and Maya-Camille Broussard both appeared on Bake Squad.
