ABOUT GUNNAR HELM

Former John Mackey Award semifinalist, football player, and athlete that played college football at the University of Texas from the year 2021 until the year 2024. He was eventually taken as a fourth round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans .

He graduated from Cherry Creek High School in the spring of 2021. At the time, he was considered a three-star recruit.

During his high school football career, he won 23 consecutive games. As an upper classman, he won two straight state titles in Colorado. While at Texas, he was named a member of the All-Big 12 Academic team multiple times.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Englewood, Colorado.

He was college teammates with Quinn Ewers .
