German politician who was Prasident of the Bundesfinanzhof from 1951 until 1954 and served as Staatsrat and state secretary in the Bavarian State Ministry of Finances from 1945 until 1950.
He studied law and economy in Bonn, Freiburg im Breisgau and Munich.
He started serving courts in Mulheim an der Ruhr and Dusseldorf in 1911.
He was born into a German family in Munchen.
He served as state secretary in the Bavarian State Ministry of Finances under Wilhelm Hoegner from 1945 until 1950.
