Canadian TV personality, author and personal trainer best known to TV audiences as the co-host of the ABC talk show The Revolution. He is the author of best-selling books like 5-Factor Fitness and The Body Reset Diet.

He was born in Toronto and earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.

He made a cameo appearance in the 2014 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

He married Jessica Hirsch.

He co-hosted The Revolution with style guru Tim Gunn of Project Runway fame.
