ABOUT HARRY MONIBA
Liberian politician who was the vice-president of Liberia from 1984 to 1990. He made an unsuccessful bid for the Presidency in 1990 as the representative of the National Democratic Party of Liberia.
He earned a Ph.D. in International Relations and African Studies at Michigan State University.
He received an award from the Liberian Human Rights Chapter for his dedication to respecting human life.
He and his wife Minita had five children together.
He and Ellen Johnson both were politicians in Liberia.
