ABOUT HASIM RAHMAN
Former Lineal, WBC, IBO, & IBF Heavyweight champion, nicknamed "The Rock". He won 50 of the 62 professional fights throughout his career. He stands at 6 feet and 2 inches.
He was involved in organized crime before turning to boxing at the relatively late age of 20.
His knockout of Lennox Lewis was named Upset of the Year for 2001 by The Ring magazine. In 2001, he was involved in a car crash, though he was not severely injured.
His sons, Hasim Rahman, Jr. and Sharif Hasim Rahman, both became boxers.
He lost to Wladimir Klitschko via technical knockout on December 13, 2008.
