ABOUT HELMUT STREBL
World champion bodybuilder and fitness model who took first at the Miami Pro World Championships in 2014 and 2013. He also became the European Muscle Model and Natural Bodybuilding Champion in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He's also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
He started lifting weights as a way to protect himself as a scrawny 12-year-old. He joined his first gym at 16 and never looked back.
He became Mr. Austria 1996 and Mr. Fitness 1998. He later became the FAME 2011 European Natural Bodybuilding Champion.
He hails from Austria.
He and Lazar Angelov are both highly decorated bodybuilders and personal trainers.
