ABOUT HENRY FRANKLIN

Musician known for his collaborations with many celebrated artists, including Stevie Wonder .

He attended Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles where he first started playing with the Roy Ayers Latin Jazz Quintet.

He has performed on more than one hundred albums throughout his life.

His father was a jazz trumpeter and bandleader and encouraged Franklin to pursue music.

He has collaborated with many artists, including Count Basie .
