ABOUT HUSEYNAGA SADIGOV
Diplomat who held office as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan from 1988 to 1992. He was given the German Federal Cross of Merit for his diplomatic service in 2007.
He earned a degree in European languages from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
He speaks fluent German, Arabic, Turkish and Russian.
He and his wife have two children together.
He was succeeded by Tofig Gasimov as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan after ending his term in 1992.
