ABOUT ISAAC ANGKING

Men's central and defensive midfielder that signed his first professional club contract with the New England Revolution of the United States MLS in the year 2018. He later joined the Columbus Crew in February of 2022. During his professional career, he has also played for the Puerto Rican men's national team.

As a kid, he played for the Bayside FC Bolts. He eventually joined the New England Revolution youth ranks as teenager in the year 2015.

He made his official international team debut with Puerto Rico while playing against the Dominican Republic on January 19, 2021. The match ended in a 1-0 victory for Puerto Rico. He scored his first goal for Puerto Rico on June 2, 2021 against the Bahamas, netting the third goal of an eventual 7-0 victory.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Providence, Rhode Island. He is of Puerto Rican and Malaysian descent.

He has played alongside Zarek Valentin as a member of Team Puerto Rico during his international career.
