ABOUT ISAURA TAVERAS

Model, actress, and television host who is best recognized for her work on the shows El Escandalo del 13 and her weekly series Isaura. She is also known for her acting and appeared in the telenovela Condesa por Amor.

She first started her career in television on the programs Sabado de Corporan and Domingo con Johnny. She started earning international attention when she worked on the El Escandalo del 13 series.

She is known for having won the Miss Dominican Republic beauty pageant in 2004 and the Miss Italy pageant the same year.

She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and has six brothers including fellow model and presenter Massiel Taveras.

She starred alongside actress Eileen Abad in the 2009 telenovela Condesa por Amor.
