Creative director, online social media personality, Instagram star, and content creator who is best recognized for being the twin sister of jazz singer Laufey , who competed and became a finalist in the television program Iceland's Got Talent.

In the year 2018, she received a Matriculation Certificate in Economics from the Commercial College of Iceland. In the year 2022, she graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Master of Arts in International Relations.

At the young age of seven, she felt drawn to the violin, the same instrument her mother played in Beijing's Central Conservatory of Music. Her Instagram account, which operates under the handle junialin, has garnered 700,000 followers.

She is half Icelandic and half Chinese. Her Chinese mother taught her and her twin sister how to play the piano when they were just four years old.

Her twin sister has been praised by singer Billie Eilish .
