Former Minister in the Presidency of South Africa that served up until his death in January 2021. He was once the Chief Whip of the Majority Party and the National Spokesperson of the African National Congress.
He first began his career in politics in the 1990's.
He started serving as the National Spokesperson of the African National Congress while Nelson Mandela was still the President of South Africa.
He was a native of Witbank, South Africa.
He was born in South Africa just like Trevor Noah .
