ABOUT JAMAL AGNEW

NFL wide receiver that was taken as a fifth round pick in the 2017 Draft by the Detroit Lions . He was later signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on a multi-year deal in March 2021. In addition to playing receiver, he also plays kick returner.

He was a three-sport athlete while at Point Loma High School. Shortly after graduating, he began playing college football at the University of San Diego .

Following his rookie season, he was the NFL's punt return yards leader. He was also named to the 2017 PFWA All-Rookie Team and a member of the first team All-Pro.

He was born and raised in San Diego, California.

He played alongside Trevor Lawrence as a member of the Jaguars during the 2022 NFL season.
