ABOUT JAN VARDøEN
Anglo-Norwegian director, musician and restaurant owner who has also been a judge in TV3's MasterChef.
He moved to Norway in 1988 and trained as a wooden boat builder.
He has directed films including Heart of Lightness, Autumn and House of Norway.
He was born in Docklands in London. He has a Norwegian mother.
His film Heart of Lightness starred Sam Heughan , Daisy Head and Laura Donnelly .
