ABOUT JANICE WONG
Pastry chef, chocolatier, and entrepreneur known for her restaurants, dessert bars, and retail ventures. She was named Asia's Best Pastry Chef multiple times. She launched a chocolate brand called Janice Wong Pure Imagination. She has written several cookbooks.
She studied at the National University of Singapore and Singapore International School.
She has appeared on an episode of MasterChef Australia. She was a guest judge on Top Chef .
Her parents are Steven and Agnes Wong. Her father gave her a $350,000 start-up loan to launch her dessert bar.
She has worked with Thomas Keller , Grant Achatz , and Pierre Herme .
