Professional winger, midfielder, and forward that was signed by West Ham United F.C. In 2020, prior to playing for West Ham, he played for the Hull City Football Club where he was named Player of the Year in 2019 after leading his team in scoring. He has played on a total of 3 teams throughout his senior career.

He began his youth career playing for the Hereford United Football Club in Hereford, England.

While making his first career start for West Ham, he scored his first career English Premier League goal during a 3-1 win versus Southampton FC on February 29, 2020. He was awarded the West Ham United Players' Player of the Year for the 2021 to 2022 season.

He is a native of Leominster, England. He began dating reality star Dani Dyer . He and Dyer welcomed twins, named Summer and Star, in May 2023. He and Dyer got engaged in July 2024. They tied the knot in May 2025.

Growing up, he credited David Beckham as being his biggest soccer influence.
