Professional sprinter and fitness instructor who ran for Team USA and won the gold medal for mixed 4 × 400 meters relay at the 2019 World Athletics Championships. Her jas_blocker Instagram account has gained more than 100,000 followers who tune in for her lifestyle and fitness content.

After getting cut from the volleyball team, she began running track during her middle school years. She completed her undergraduate degree at Princeton University .
