ABOUT JASON LYLE BLACK
Concert pianist widely known as The Backwards Piano Man® for his viral music videos on YouTube. His debut album, Piano Preludes, debuted at #1 on iTunes as well as #2 on Billboard's New Age chart.
He graduated cum laude with a BA in accounting from BYU in 2010. He subsequently earned his master's in the subject in 2012.
He appeared on The Ellen Show as the backwards pianist while still a student at BYU in 2010. He has also been profiled in The Huffington Post, Buzzfeed and TIME Magazine.
He grew up in a Mormon family in Livermore, California.
His album Piano Preludes featured violinist Jenny Oaks Baker as a guest soloist.
