ABOUT JEFF COBY

Haitian-American professional basketball player who played for professional basketball teams such as Spain's Xuventude, the Austin Spurs, Basket Racing Club Luxembourg, as well as teams in the Dominican Republic and Japan.

He earned the title of Most Valuable Player while playing high school basketball for Sagemont School in Florida in 2011. He later began playing for Columbia University , and in 2017, he was named the school's defensive player of the year. He went on to graduate with a degree in art history and sociology.

He has played for the Haiti national basketball team and represented Haiti in 2018 at the FIBA AmeriCup 2021 Caribbean Pre-Qualifiers.

Both of his parents were born in Haiti.

He has played alongside Skal Labissiere , Nerlens Noel , and Matisse Thybulle on the Haiti national basketball team.
